Fireside Ragu
Tender beef tips and winter vegetables slowly braised in Anderson Craft Ales stout and veal stock served in a Yorkshire pudding bowl and finished with a horseradish and leek aioli.
White Perch Papillotte
Lake Erie white perch steamed in parchment, served with fennel, heirloom cherry tomatoes, Nicoise olives and rice pilaf.
Coconut Red Curry Stir Fry
A blend of exotic vegetables and mushrooms simmered in a coconut red curry broth with ginger, mint and cilantro served over rice pilaf.
Stuffed Conchiglie
Conchiglie pasta stuffed with pork, ricotta, Parmesan, fine herbs and garlic. Tossed in a vodka rose sauce topped with mozzarella cheese and served with garlic toast.
Mushroom and Pepper Stuffed Chicken
