Michael's Summer Salad
Artisan greens tossed with crisp pear wedges, sun dried cranberries, julienne vegetables, candied pecans in a maple blood orange balsamic vinaigrette. Topped with panko crust chevre.
Caesar Salad
Fresh romaine lettuce tossed with our house made Caesar dressing, croutons, Parmesan cheese and bacon bits.

Classic French 'chilled soup". Gently simmered Yukon gold potatoes, leeks, white wine, cream and chives.
Entrees
Java Braised Beef
Fresh Alberta beef cheeks slowly cooked in espresso, red wine, tomato, veal stock, and herbs. Served on whipped Yukon potatoes with our cream and chives with pan juices and fresh market vegetables.
Sole Almandine
Lemon Sole fillet lightly coated with toasted almonds and pan seared, finished with a lemon butter sauce and served with market fresh vegetables and our house rice pilaf.
Chicken Penne Boscaiola
Portabello, cremini, and button mushrooms sauteed with shallots, fresh herbs and chili flakes. Tossed with noodles and fresh grilled chicken breast in a Parmesan cream sauce.
Sugar Shack Chicken
Fresh Ontario breast of chicken rubbed with local maple syrup and Bourbon, pan roasted and served with pan jus, Chef's potato of the day and fresh market vegetables.
Mushroom Wellington
Portabello cap wrapped in puff pastry with arugula and duxelle and baked. Finished with wild mushroom demi-glace. Served with market fresh vegetables and house blend rice pilaf.

Summer Fruit Crisp
Medley of fruit baked with crispy sweet oatmeal topping. Served with raspberry sauce and whipped cream.
Sticky Toffee Pudding
Homemade English Sticky Toffee cake drizzled with a warm caramel sauce.
